How do I apply as a Wellness Provider?

To apply as a Provider please select Partner with us then Become a Wellness Provider. After filling out the application you will be contacted by our recruitment team.

  1. Browse to Spa Space and click continue to Spa Space.
  2. Look to the top right of the page and find the drop down menu labelled “Partner with Us”. Click the arrow down to select “Become a Wellness Provider”


  3. Read through the brief summary of requirements we have listed. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, just click Register Now.

Facilities -  Which facilities would you like to have open availability.  You will be able to schedule at multiple locations one you are approved.
