A provider called out for an appointment at my Facility. What do I do?

Contact Services to assist with the re-assignment or rescheduling of the appointment.

If a provider is unable to honor an appointment that they have booked, submit a ticket to Spa Space Services as soon you become aware of the situation, either by emailing Services@spaspace.com or by calling them at 833-477-2772.  

Spa Space Services will work to contact other providers in the network to find coverage for the appointment. 

If a new provider is unable to accommodate the appointment, Spa Services will work to reschedule the guest at a later time when they can be accommodated.
