Best Practice Details
Establish and develop a relationship with your facilities staff members. This facility becomes the provider's client and develop a relationship where they can grow their business.
Review appointments for enhancements and gratuity prior to checking out.  A final check to ensure all enhancements and gratuity are added to appointments will ensure appointment accuracy. 
If a credit card payment declines, submitting the appointment more than three times may cause the bank to block payment.  If a payment is not going through call support immediately to find out the exact reason. 
Editing availability around scheduled appointments outside of the 24 hour window. Providers have the ability to edit availability outside of 24 hours from the start time of their schedule and around scheduled appointments. If there is a duplicate schedule please reach out to Customer Service at 470-646-5921, so they can reset your schedule.
How can I add a break to my work schedule.  Create two different blocks of availability on the same day allowing a break or lunch between the two.
Editing availability same day. SpaSpace expects providers to honor availability they have opened up. Please communicate with the facility manager if you have a same day emergency. They will be able to have your availability modified.
When contacting support or service please include the guests name, date/time of appointment, and which facility. Details such as gift card id or any prudent details are helpful. Including accurate and complete details will speed resolution of your issue.
Concerns about refunds and cancellations without charge.  Questions concerning why an appointment was refunded or cancelled without charge need to be addressed by the facility manager. If they are unable to identify the reason please contact support. 
Issues with availability editing.   Please edit availability on a laptop or desktop.  Mobile devices, especially for providers with multiple locations, do not reliably edit availability. Issues with duplicate schedules or editing around appointments can be manage by Customer Service.  Please reach out to them at  470-646-5921.
