Communicating Schedules Needs With Pros

Working with Spa Space Professionals is a great way to maximize the revenue potential of your Facility. Our Owner and CEO, Ilana Alberico, walks through some best practices and tips to communicate the needs of your business and maximize the Pros you have working with your team. 

Best Practices + Tips: 

  • Clearly outline the ideal shifts you have at your Facility that maximize your resources
  • Sit with your new Pros, once they are approved, and review the shifts you'd like covered
    • Present your shifts and educate what shifts have the highest revenue opportunity for them! As business owners, Spa Space Professionals are motivated to maximize their earnings as well. 
  • Open availability with them together! (minute 9 in video) 
    • Educate them on your business needs! Many Facilities get booked a year in advanced! Having availability open for a minimum of 6 months to a year ensures they will get booked and make money (and so will you!)
      • The software allows them to default to have a recurring schedule for 5 years. This is our recommendation 

Have a Pro who doesn't want to commit for an entire year? Remind them that as a Spa Space Professional they can adjust their schedule at any time (add or remove a day) outside of the block out period (24 hours) 

  • Use the Provider Info in your Facility Profile to communicate your needs, upcoming events/groups/VIPs (can be used as a Daily Communication!)
