When you are in the treatment room with your guest, you are in the zone, a place of peace and tranquility. That is why it is so important to have a place for everything. So often, guest will present themselves for their treatment and have valuables with them. To ensure a great experience, and that they leave with the same property, we want to make sure their is a personal property tray available and clear instructions to the guest to put all of their items in the tray, and gather them when they leave.
Of course we have to be prepared for any eventuality, so in the case there is not a tray, make sure you are directing your guest clearly on where to put their property and collect it at the end. Use hand gestures to point, and words for clarity. Make sure you do not take possession of any property to avoid any doubt of responsibility.
