How do I redeem a Spa Space Gift Card?

External Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemed at check out. Spa Space, Spa Space Chicago and previous ISM Gift Cards are redeemed in the Spa Space Gift Card section.  Hotel cards (ie. Kessler) are redeemed in the Hotel | External gift card section.  Credit card type gift cards are redeemed in the credit card section.

Follow the below steps to redeem: 

1. Click Complete Session.

2. Click on Spa Space Gift Card, enter the number and hit apply

5. Any remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on the guest’s profile. 

 

External Gift cards

1. Click complete session

2. Click on Hotel | External Gift Card

3. Enter in the code, the value and select Apply Gift Card

4. Any remaining balance on the card will be charged to the guests Credit card on file

 

 

**If a guest has a hotel card please select the Hotel | External Gift card.**

** If a guest is using a Visa/Mastercard gift card it will only be applicable if the card's balance covers 100% of the cost.  Otherwise it will fail as insufficient funds. Enter the information by saving the information as a new credit card**
