If you have a group booking and guests would like to pay for their enhancement and gratuity separately you can use the Zero dollar service. This is also useful for missing or complimentary enhancements.

To set up Zero Dollar Service
1. Add the services to your rooms. There is a Zero Dollar Service in each category (Hair, Nails, Massage, Skincare, HydraFacial, Waxing & Makeup)
**This is not a guest facing service, therefore cannot be booked online**
2. Add this service to your provider's profile
3. After notifying your guest of an upcoming charge, book to your guest and add the missing enhancement or gratuity.
1. For group bookings, you can use Zero dollar service to allow guests to pay for their own enhancements and gratuity separate from the host company.
2. Complimentary enhancements.
2. Charging guests for missing or dropped enhancements or gratuity.
3. Markups for service cost differences that have been discussed with the guest.
