How do I check out linked appointments?

As a provider it is important to check out guest linked appointments prior to the host appointment being completed.

 

1. Checking in and starting linked appointments can be done in any order.  When checking out the Host's Guest/Child appointment should check out first. You may add your gratuity and enhancements to your appointment after the session is completed. You will see a pop up to let you know the Host/Parent will need to complete the check out.

2. Prior to checking out the Host/Parent appointment please verify all gratuity amounts are showing for all providers correctly. The Host/Parent will not check out until all linked appointments are completed

3. The Host/Parent's provider may then complete their check out, adding enhancements and gratuity as well.  Please note that the host can choose to over ride the Host's Guest/Child gratuity amount (as it is their credit card being charged), but they cannot edit the appointment itself in any way.

4. If the Host/Parent's appointment is prior to the Host's Guest/Child please wait until appointments are completed before checking out. 

5. If the Host's Guest/Child would prefer to pay themselves, the appointment can be unlinked by the front desk or the Service or Support teams.  We hope to have this feature available to providers soon. 

Host/Parent appointment - The client who is paying for linked services.

Host's Guest/Child appointment - The client who is enjoying services but not paying.
