How do I navigate through the Provider Dashboard?

Navigate through the appointment window by scrolling down and selecting the dropdown menus.

For Desktop/iPad/Phone:

  1. From your dashboard, select the appointment that you would like to view.




  2. Review each of the drop-down menus, paying close attention to Notes and Enhancements.
  3. Guest Notes to Provider: Notes directly from a guest when they book their service online through Guest Booking.


  4. Internal Notes to Provider: Notes from the Facility Manager or Services Team provided to them from the guest as they were booking the guest's appointment.


  5. Provider Notes on Appointment: Any notes that you would like to add on to the appointment.


  6. Enhancements: Add or remove Enhancements once the service has begun.

  7. Facility Details: Details on which treatment room the service is taking place in, and information about the facility.


  8. Cost Summary: Details of the cost breakdown for the appointment and connected appointments.
