How do I no-show an appointment as a Facility Manager?

To no-show an appointment, click Notify No-show in the Appointment Detail screen.

NOTE: The guest will be charged 100% of the service cost immediately when confirming the no-show.  The service charge will not be applied.

 

1. Right click on the appointment to Open the Appointment Detail.

 

2. At the top of the page select Notify No-Show.

 

3. Confirm the appointment is a No-Show.

 

4. At this point the appointment can be Refunded, but it can not be Reset.  If guest arrives they will need to be rebooked.
