      How to book a Groupon appointment

      Booking a Groupon with a Comp code and Facility Gift card

      1. Book the Service for the groupon.
      2. In the notes of the appointment, include (Groupon #) and apply the appropriate facility comp code.

      3. Once at checkout confirm the Groupon code with the guest.
      4. Apply a facility gift card for the amount of the groupon and make sure to add the Groupon number (Groupon 123456789)

      5. Then complete the checkout, the guests credit card will be charged for the service and the 20% service charge.
