How to schedule a Practical

A step in the hiring process is scheduling your applicant for a practical with a lead professional in your facility.

Scheduling a Practical in Spa Space

1. Select Lead Therapist on Schedule
2. Select  the Date + Time you wish to schedule the practical for
3. Type in Massage Practical as the Guest if it is a massage practical
   1. Facial = Facial Practical as the guest
   2. Nail = Nail Practical as the guest
4. Select No to Hotel Guest
5. Select Yes to being over 18
6. Select No to booking for someone else
7. Select Massage Practical for the Service
   1. Facial Practical as the service if it is for an esthetician
   2. Nail Practical as the service if it is for a nail technician
8. In the notes you can add the name of the Pro that is providing the practical
9. Select add the appointment
10. Enter the promo code: ISMPRACTICAL
11. Select Apply
12. The amount will be $0.00
13. The Lead will be paid a flat rate for the service
    1. Massage $35
    2. Facial $35
    3. Hair $123
    4. Nail $53
14. You are able to edit the amount the Lead Pro is paid by using the Service Markup area
15. Select  Book

Checking Out a Practical in Spa Space

1. When Pro applicant arrives, click start service
2. After practical is complete, select Complete Session
3. The amount should be $0.00 (NOTE: If the amount is not $0.00, double check the promo code that was applied)
4. Click Complete Checkout
