4.01 | When checking out a guest with a comp code and a gift card, the service charge is not being removed from the gift card, leaving a remaining balance. | If you encounter this issue, please call support or open a ticket to support@spaspace.com for assistance. | |
4.02 | Unlinking Appointments | To unlink appointments please reach out to your front desk or Spa Space Support. | |
4.03 | Unresponsive Page/ Failed to Load | If your page is failing to load and a pop-up appears that asks if you want to wait click yes. Otherwise it will repeat the process and loop again. | |
4.04 | Duplicate Availability | If you have set up a duplicate series and are unable to delete the series please reach out to Support or Customer Service to delete the duplications. | |
4.05 | Trouble editing availability series | If you are receiving an error regarding changing your series please check to see if you have any appointments that are effected by the new schedule. If there are no conflicting appointments please reach out to Support or Customer Service. | |
4.06 | Providers booked online, if appointment is canceled or deleted, schedule will be blocked. |
Facility managers can use "ignore errors and conflicts" to book these providers. |
