How do I make changes in my Facility Profile Card?

Use the tabs in your Profile Card to update your facility information. This includes your amenities, check-in instructions and any additional information therapists and guests may need to know about your facility.

For Desktop/iPad:

  1. From your Facility Portal click on your Facility Profile Card () on the far right side.  
  2. From the Profile tab you can update the information the guest can see (ie. your description, number and address). The description shows up on your Spa Card on the home page of Spa Space. This may be a good place to update your guest Covid stipulations and facility hours. 


  3. From the Amenities tab you can add or remove amenities and include descriptions, such as pool hours or accessibility for spa guests. You can also add charges for items like valet parking.


  4. From the Provider Info tab you can include parking information, check - in instructions, uniform requirements (including mask mandates for your wellness professionals, where to take their breaks, and where to pick up their guests) and any additional information that would be helpful for the wellness and service teams. This would also be a great place to add provider promotions for your facility.


  5. The Images tab allows you to add or remove pictures for the guests to see from their booking page. Your default image shows as the first image a guest will see.  You could also utilize this area to place a slide for any specials you might be running.
