From your profile, select the certifications tab and review the services you are selected to perform. Add additional certification if applicable.
For Desktop:
When you log into your provider profile, you will begin at your Spa Space Dashboard. From here, you will want to click on the “More Options” dropdown menu on the top right hand corner of your screen.
Once the dropdown menu is displayed, you will then select “Profile”.
This will open up your profile card where you can make any necessary changes needed. To edit the services you perform, you will select “Certifications” from the menu bar.
The certifications tab displays any continuing education certifications you may have, as well as your Licenses, and your Authorized services. If you would like to add any certification select +ADD to upload new certificates.
Review your Authorized Services.
You may select, or deselect any services that you wish to perform, or not perform.
Verify that the changes look correct to you. These changes will be updated in the system for you.
For iPad/Phone:
When you log in to your provider profile, you will begin at your Spa Space Dashboard. From here, you will want to click on the three horizontal bars, this will open your More Options dropdown menu on the top right hand corner of your screen.
From the dropdown menu, you will select “Profile”.
Once your profile has opened, you will select “Certifications” from the menu bar. On an iPad, this menu bar will be horizontal, but on your phone it may be vertical.
The certifications tab displays any continuing education certifications you may have, as well as your Licenses, and your Authorized services.
Review your Authorized Services. Add additional certification by selecting +ADD, if applicable.
You may select, or deselect any services that you wish to perform, or not perform.
