How do I log into my guest account and see my upcoming and past appointments?

If this is the first time you are logging in, you will need to register your account by clicking Sign Up Now.

On Desktop:

1. Click Log In.
2. Click Guest Log In.
   
   
   
3. If this is your first time signing in, click Sign Up Now, and fill in your registration information.
   
   
   
4. After you register, you will be redirected to your Spa Space Customer Portal.
   
   
   
5. If you are a returning guest who has never set up a password, you will need "reset" the password in order to set one for the Customer Portal. Otherwise please enter your username and password into the Guest Log In.
   
6. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Spa Space Customer Portal, here you will see your upcoming and past appointments.
   
   
7. If you click on an upcoming appointment, it will provide you with information for your service, directions to the facility, as well as the facilities profile.
   
   
   
8. To make a new appointment from your Spa Space Customer Portal, click the Book a Service button on the top menu bar. This will bring you to a new appointment screen.
   
   
   

On iPad/Phone:

1. To log into your guest account on an iPad click the button with three horizontal lines in the upper right hand corner of your screen. This will open up a dropdown menu for you to select Log In.
   
   
   
2. Click Guest Log In
   
   
   
3. If this is your first time signing in, you will click Sign Up Now
   
4. You will then fill in your registration information and click Submit.
   
   
   
5. After you register, you will be redirected to your Spa Space Customer Portal.
   
   
   
6. If you are a returning guest, enter your username and password into the Guest Log In. If you have never set a password, please use Reset Your Passport  to set your portal password.
   
   
   
7. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Spa Space Customer Portal, here you will see your Upcoming and Past Appointments.
   
   
8. If you click on an upcoming appointment, it will provide you with information for your service, directions to the facility, as well as the facilities profile.
   
   
   
9. To make a new appointment from your Spa Space Customer Portal, click the Book a Service  button on the top menu bar.  This will bring you to a new appointment screen.
