How do I check the balance and redeem a Spa Space gift card?

Using the Giftup link, you can check the balance by name or card number. To redeem enter the code in the Cost Summary portion.

NOTE:  Spa Space is unable to look up facility gift card information.  Please contact your facility for that information. 

To Check Balance:

1. Follow this link to check the gift card balances.
2. Log in as a Facility Manager (email spaspaceadmin@ismspa.com)
   
   
   
3. Use the Pin 0000
4. Search by name or gift card number
   
   
   
5. Spa Space cards will show the recipient name and the history of delivery
   
   
   

ISM Gift Cards will not display the names

To Redeem:

1. From the Appointment Detail window, enter the gift card code
   Note: As you enter the code the system will be actively searching for it in Giftup. It will automatically subtract the amount left on the gift card or the percentage of the discount. 
   Note: If the card is being used on multiple appointments it will take the full amount from the first session completed. It will then apply the remaining discount to the next appointment completed and so on. 
2. When you complete the checkout, the gift card will be redeemed in Giftup automatically. 
3. If there was a mistake and the code needs to be corrected or removed, click the word remove next to the amount.  The correct information can then be reentered into the Gift Card/Promo Code section.
