What do I do if I have not received payment in Stripe?

Note that Stripe pays out on a 2-business-day rotation. If you have not received payment, log into your Stripe account and check your account status and accuracy.

  1.  Log into app.spaspace.com.
  2. Choose Transaction Reports under More Options.

  3. Select the Blue Connect with Stripe bar.


  4. Check your Transactions to see if they match up to your compensation table. Please note that Stripe runs from the newest to the oldest and your Compensation runs from the oldest to the newest.

  5. If you have not been paid in Stripe at all, please check your account details for accuracy


    1. To edit your bank deposit information chose the edit button under payout details.
