What if there is no Room Charge option when checking out?

Room charges are enabled on the facility’s page. If this option was not selected, you will not be able to charge the room. If the facility allows room charges but you are unable to, contact Spa Space Support to make these changes for you.

  2. If the guest is waiting, collect their cell phone number, keep their appointment open and resolve when support has completed the request.
